From there, he or she will be taken to a page which lists all products in that category. Clicking on the product of interest will bring up a detailed description of it, including the price.

Under the navigation area labeled Services, customers who are looking for a specific product can click on Product Finder which will bring up a screen requesting several pieces of information. Once that is filled out and submitted, the customer should have his or her options narrowed down considerably.

The Services navigation area also provides a wealth of helpful resources. For customers who may need help financing equipment purchased at AliMed, a credit application is available through Blue Street Capital. If approved, it allows customers the ability to spread the payments out over a longer period of time. If a business needs the help of an ergonomic assistant, that can be found under this area also. AliMed provides resources and answers to customer questions at all stages of a transaction, from pre-sale all the way until the product is delivered and even after that.

AliMed has its entire product catalog online at their website for customers who prefer to shop by Internet. For those who do not, a free product catalog can be obtained by filling out a simple request form. At the end of this form is an option to be contacted by a sales representative for further assistance if that is desired.
