The company has been financially independent for over 34 years and is an ISO 13485:2003/ISO 9001:2000 certified medical company. Schiller's headquarters are located in Baar, Switzerland and Schiller America, owned by Alfred E. Schiller, is located in Doral, Florida. Approximately 700 people are employed by Schiller.

Currently, there are 28 subsidiaries throughout the world and service centers in 15 countries. Representatives are available in more than 100 countries. The number of employees and locations continually increases as does the size of the company. In 2008, MEDILOG joined with Schiller to create a Holter system designed to complement and improve the company's existing diagnostic equipment. The majority of production and distribution is carried out in Baar, Switzerland, but there are also manufacturing sites in Wissembourg, France.

The introduction of their pocket size ECG and defibrillators put them at the top of the diagnostic equipment field, where they remain today. They offer state-of-the-art equipment for Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics, Defibrillation, Monitoring, Ergometry, Blood Pressure and Medical IT. Schiller manufactures medical equipment for a wide range of uses, including public access, general practitioners, hospitals, emergency services and training devices.
